Thanking him for the news of the appearance in Vienna of La reine de Chypre, saying he is also writing to Dietrichstein, reporting that La magicienne is doing well and will have its sixth performance that evening, adding that he has been unsuccessful in having the last work that M. Faval sent him accepted, that it was in German and would have had a better chance in French, mentioning Roqueplan, Perrin , etc.
